Getting ready for Spring

Do you see how much I've been able to stitch? Friday was my birthday and I wasn't called to sub so I was able to spend some time doing just what I wanted.
The flowers are finished and the butterflies just need their bodies. I am almost done with the second border.
Spring Angel still needs her wings and the word Spring. I also have to complete all the back-stitching. I don't mind that though because then I can watch the picture just pop. Now I know that she will be done in time for Spring.

Speaking of Spring. Look at the beautiful tea light holder my daughter gave me for my birthday. I love the pretty lavender flower.
I am joining Kathy today for some Slow Sunday Stitching. On Monday I will join the Stitchery Link Party over at Super Mom - No Cape. Pop on over to these sites to see what other bloggers are up to.

Thanks for stopping by!
