I am sharing the wonderful crochet work of my longtime friend Maria. She has more patience than I do with crochet. Look at these gorgeous twin-size afghans she has made for her adult sons . I would say that they are both Super Mario fans.

Some friendly crocheting
Her next project is a Harry Potter afghan for her daughter-in-law. I am looking forward to that. I may have to borrow that pattern once she is done. My daughter has always been a Harry Potter fan.
Of course, who knows when that may be possible.
I am still adding two rows here and there to my Infinity Breeze Scarf. I would love to finish it this fall/winter.
I wish I could get the color right in a photo as it is definitely more green than blue.
Maybe I will be able to work on it while waiting for students to attend my Virtual Math Center tutoring once my university class is over. It doesn't look much different each time I share, but I can assure you that it is getting longer.
Hubby and I took a walk at Belmont Lake State Park last weekend in the hopes of seeing some fall color.
We saw some ducks, geese and swans.
The view across the lake was quite pretty, but not very colorful. The sky was gorgeous.
The path was pretty.
And then there was this....finally some fall color.
I love this picture!
I also found time to make an Apple Struesel Loaf Cake this past weekend. I included a link to the recipe, but note that the first ingredient should say 2 cups all-purpose flour. The amount is missing in the link. I assume that my mother copied the recipe from a Woman's Day magazine years ago as it was handwritten on a piece of paper.
It is very tasty with chunks of apple inside and on top.
Thanks for stopping by!
