Second March Stitch Along Update

I’ve been slow to get back into the swing of stitching on Three Boats a few days each week. This is where I was 3 weeks ago.

I had hoped to finish the page that I am working on by the end of this month, but I think I will aim for the end of next month now. That will be my push over the next few weeks. This is where I am now.

Some more blue and brown stitches were added. You can see that I am back to confetti stitching. Ugh.

This Stitch Along is hosted every three weeks by Avis at Sewing Beside the Sea who kindly sends us the needed posting reminders.

Grab yourself a cup of coffee or tea and take some time to visit the other bloggers below who are part of this stitch-along. There is a wide variety of stitching projects. These talented stitchers are from all over the world, so please allow for the time differences and check back for each post.

  1. Confetti stitching is not as much fun and takes so much longer. But the colours you are working with are so beautiful!

  3. I feel for you with all that confetti! I got through mine by making myself do one thread of something every evening, and after a few days, I would get excited about finishing a small section and motor on. Don't know if that will help you, but thought I would share!

  5. You are brave to keep working through the confetti stitching -- but it's so worth it on this beautiful piece.

    1. I was naive when I first started these full coverage pieces. I made one for my son, so I have to make one for my daughter. Not sure I will make another after this, but I do have a pattern for me.
