Yes, amazingly three weeks have passed and it is time for another Stitch Along update. How is it possible that 2025 is going by so quickly? This is where I was at the last update.
Three weeks ago I was hoping that I would be done with the page that I am currently working on. Sadly, that is not the case, though I am a lot closer to that goal. I am busy filling in a whole lot of sand.
I thought I would also remind you what this project will look like when it is completed. Yes, there is still an awful lot to stitch.
This Stitch Along is hosted every three weeks by Avis at Sewing Beside the Sea who kindly sends us the needed posting reminders.
Grab yourself a cup of coffee or tea and take some time to visit the other bloggers below who are part of this stitch-along. There is a wide variety of stitching projects. These talented stitchers are from all over the world, so please allow for the time differences and check back for each post.

Thanks for stopping by!
It's growing , and will be worth every stitch you have put in.
ReplyDeleteIt's going to be beautiful. Hugs June.
You got quite a bit done. So many little stitches. What took the longest time for me, back when I did a few cross-stitch projects, was counting the space between each spots where the next stitch with this colour was to go. I counted more than once to make. I'm sure you do the same. Enjoy! ;^)
ReplyDeleteWow you are almost there though and it will refresh you when you can move on to another page! Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteThree boats definitely qualifies as a long term project. I like seeing the details emerge when you share stitching updates. Gail at the cozy quilter
ReplyDeleteIt's such a pretty design! And yes, lots of sand!
ReplyDeleteThat is such a beautiful design! It's fun to see new details emerge as you share your progress every month. Enjoy your stitching today, Cathie!
ReplyDeleteWow, i didn't realise the design was so hige!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, this project will take a few years to complete as I am always working on more than one at a time.

ReplyDeleteI see progress! Beautiful design.
ReplyDeleteYes, there's a ton of stitching left to do but it'll feel good to finish this column.
ReplyDeleteAs I have said a few times recently, I am hoping to finish this column before the next update.
DeleteYou are getting close to having another section completed though, so make sure you celebrate with a partial happy dance!
ReplyDeleteThere will definitely be a happy dance once this column is completed.

DeleteThese confetti type picture are such a long and slow task but boy are they worth it. They always look stunning when they are done, so don't get discouraged by slow progress Sharon. x
