First March Post

My, my, we are well into March and this is my first post of the month. I don't know, I just haven't been very crafty lately. I feel guilty about all the other stuff that I need to get done whenever I sit down to craft.

I did take a little bit of time over the weekend to get some stitches in on Spring Angel. Her borders are finished and so are the butterflies. I know the word Spring is difficult to read, but I haven't completed any back-stitching yet. I like to do it all at once.
I am now in the process of stitching the white in the wings. You can see that I started at the bottom of the left wing.

I never finished Mom's hat. She probably won't need it until the fall, but I am going to make a point of not leaving it until then to finish. I am about halfway done with it as you can see.
That is all for now. I am just taking a short break from preparing an exam.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Sometimes life just get in the way and crafting and hobbies have to take a back seat. You'll soon get back into it when time allows. Take care.

  3. I tend to feel guilty when I take time out to stitch, too, Cathey, which is silly... We work hard and deserve some time to ourselves, don't you think? Your little angel is looking so cute!
