First March Post

My, my, we are well into March and this is my first post of the month. I don't know, I just haven't been very crafty lately. I feel guilty about all the other stuff that I need to get done whenever I sit down to craft.

I did take a little bit of time over the weekend to get some stitches in on Spring Angel. Her borders are finished and so are the butterflies. I know the word Spring is difficult to read, but I haven't completed any back-stitching yet. I like to do it all at once.
I am now in the process of stitching the white in the wings. You can see that I started at the bottom of the left wing.

I never finished Mom's hat. She probably won't need it until the fall, but I am going to make a point of not leaving it until then to finish. I am about halfway done with it as you can see.
That is all for now. I am just taking a short break from preparing an exam.

Thanks for stopping by!

Sometimes life just get in the way and crafting and hobbies have to take a back seat. You'll soon get back into it when time allows. Take care.

I tend to feel guilty when I take time out to stitch, too, Cathey, which is silly... We work hard and deserve some time to ourselves, don't you think? Your little angel is looking so cute!

Back stitching always finishes off CCS so nicely. Hope you have some time to sew today.
